Work package WP3 – JA GHI evaluation and impact assessment
Objectives:
The general objective of WP3 is to evaluate the progress of the JA GHI against its milestones and deliverables and to provide information that would help the JA GHI participants in accomplishing its established objectives and maximizing its impact. Also, this WP3 aims to inform on whether outcomes of the JA GHI achieve high standards of quality and have a significant impact both, at EU and international level, as well as at participating MSs level.
Specific WP3 objectives are to:
- Develop and implement an evaluation plan that is both feasible and useful to the JA stakeholders.
- Develop tools to gather data for evaluation, including Key Performance and Key Impact Indicators (KPI and KII) and their targets.
- Evaluate the progress and impact of the JA GHI.
