Work package WP1 – Project management and coordination
Objectives:
The main objective of the Project Management and Coordination WP is to ensure that the JA GHI fulfils the objectives of the JA, and comply with the administrative and budgetary requirements set out in the grant agreement.
The specific WP1 objectives are to:
- Efficiently manage the entire JA GHI, guaranteeing that the contractual obligations are fulfilled and that the JA outcomes are relevant.
- Manage financial and administrative aspects, and support partners with administrative and financial issues.
- Ensure all project objectives are satisfactorily and timely fulfilled, including reporting, quality control and completion of JA deliverables and milestones.
- Handle communication with the European Commission regarding the progress of the JA GHI;
- Support the general governance of the JA GHI and organise its main meetings and reporting tasks.
