Work package WP2 – JA GHI project communication and dissemination
Objectives:
The aim of WP2 is to facilitate coherent, effective, and sustainable external and internal communication of the JA GHI and to ensure that its objectives, activities, results and deliverables are known to both the project partners and well disseminated to carefully identified key stakeholders for the action. A clear communication and dissemination strategy is crucial for this purpose, and will imply the contribution of all involved partners equally, under the coordination of the WP2 leader, with the objective of setting up, deploying and managing all available communication channels and tools (website, social media, videos, flyers, posters and publications, etc.) for increasing the visibility of the JA GHI as a whole among key stakeholders depending on clearly identified targets (e.g. ministries, the EC services and agencies, international organisations, the European Parliament, the global health expert community, the general public,..), as well as of optimizing the use of dissemination resources for supporting the JA GHI implementation towards the set objectives and ultimately, its sustainability (WP4).
Specific WP2 objectives are to:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication and dissemination plan and visual identity brand to raise awareness about the JA GHI project, its activities and its achievements based on clearly identified and segmented target audiences.
- Provide and internal/external web-based restricted-access platform for allowing the JA GHI participants and governance to access, upload/download key documents, keeping them up to date about the different activities of each WP and encouraging cooperation on common activities.
- Set-up and manage the appropriate communication tools (e.g., the public JA GHI website, social media accounts, flyer, poster, videos, etc.) in order to keep the project’s partners, stakeholders and the general public informed about the goals, activities and major achievements of the JA GHI.
- Maintain and enforce a two-way dialogue between the members of the JA GHI and its stakeholders – e.g.; other JAs funded by EU4Health, TEI representatives, other DGs of the EC, national ministries, international organisations (e.g. UN), the general public, etc.
- Disseminate project results to the key audiences in specific fora and events, either as participant or organizer of these events.
